JUDGMENT
On the non-attendance by either party and having considered the Claimant’s claim and the Respondent’s response the Claimant’s claims are dismissed. The Claimant’s claim is dismissed as the Claimant does not have the two years continuous service required to bring a claim for unfair dismissalREASONS
[1]The Claimant presented a claim for unpaid or underpaid 25 July 2019. The Respondent defended the claims on the basis that it had paid all it was required to for holiday pay. The Claimant is still employed by the Respondent.[2]Notice of hearing was sent to the parties on 14 August 2019 listing the hearing for today for one hour. On 11 September there was a request from the Respondent to vacate this hearing and list it for one day. That request was refused by the tribunal and communicated to both parties by letter dated 25 November 2019. There was no further communication from either party. There was no attendance at this hearing and therefore having considered the claim and response the claimant’s claim was dismissed.
