JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:-[1]The Respondent breached the Claimant’s contract of employment by failing to pay him notice pay.[2]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £170.91 net as damages for breach of contract.[3]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions of £239.30 gross from the Claimant’s wages contrary to section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]Accordingly, the total the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant under this judgment is £410.21.[5]There is no order for costs.
