Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages in respect of overtime pay and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £2100.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2844.00.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £3413.54 gross.[4]Further in breach of contract and/or by way of unauthorized deductions from the Claimant’s pay, the Respondent failed to pay reimburse the Claimant in respect of expenses incurred, and the Respondent is ordered to repay/pay by way of damages to the Claimant the sum of £1200.[5]The hearing listed on 6 November 2019 was cancelled.
