JUDGMENT
Settlement having been agreed between the parties as to remedy in the above claim the application for remedy dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant. On or before 18th July 2016 the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £1,700 together with a further sum of £1,372.50 representing 10 weeks notice (save that the notice pay element may be subject to deduction of tax as required by the appropriate authorities and payment of the net sum will represent a valid discharge of this judgment). If there is not compliance the Claimant is at liberty to enforce the terms of this judgment through the civil courts.
