Having heard from counsel for both the Claimant and Respondent, oral evidence from the Claimant and witnesses for the Respondent and on considering the documentary evidence to which I was referred, I find:[1]That the claim for holiday pay is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant; and[2]That the claim for Unfair Dismissal is not made out and is dismissed; and[3]That the claim for Wrongful Dismissal (notice pay) is not made out and is dismissed.
