JUDGMENT
[1]On 9 October 2024, Employment Judge Hart made an Order requiring the Claimant to confirm by 16 October 2024 whether he intended to continue with these proceedings, whether he was legally represented and whether he agreed the proposed hearing bundle.[2]The Claimant failed to respond to Employment Judge Hart’s Order.[3]Subsequently, on 4 December 2024, by letter, Employment Judge Heath issued a Strike Out Warning to the Claimant pursuant to Rule 37 of The Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 (as amended). The warning required the Claimant to respond within 7 days of the letter to object to the proposal that his claim should be struck out.[4]Today is 12 December 2024 and the Claimant has not responded to the Strike Out Warning or complied with Employment Judge Hart’s Order. I am satisfied that the Claimant has not been actively pursuing this claim.[5]Therefore, pursuant to Rule 37 of The Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 (as amended), the Claimant’s claims stand struck out.
