Automatic unfair dismissal under ss100 and 104 Employment Rights Act 1996 (“ERA”);b. Unlawful detriment under ss44 and 45A ERA); andc. Direct race discrimination under ss 13 and 39 Equality Act 2010 are not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The Tribunal did not find that the Claimant had failed to establish the claim that was the subject of a deposit order made on 27 May 2022.
