Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Respondent having failed to enter a Response, I issued the following Judgment.[1]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £2850 representing unauthorised deductions from pay.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1200 representing accrued holiday pay entitlement.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant damages in the sum of £600 representing notice pay entitlement represented by one week’s take home pay.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £160 representing the issue fee paid by the Claimant to the Tribunal.[5]The hearing listed on 15 February 2017 is vacated.
