The Claimant’s claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]On 15th April 2024, the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant and issued a strike-out warning because the claim was not being actively pursued. The Claimant was given 14 days to respond to the Tribunal and confirm that he had made an application to have the Respondent company restored to the Register of Companies and if he had not done so, to explain why not.[2]The Claimant was warned that if he failed to provide the Tribunal with an acceptable reason his claim would be struck-out without further notice.[3]The Claimant has failed to comply with the Tribunal’s Order and has not contacted the Tribunal as he was ordered to.[4]Therefore, the Claimant’s claim is struck out under Rule 37(1)(c) and (d) of The Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 (as amended) because the Claimant:(i) Has failed to comply with an instruction or Order of the Tribunal.(ii) Has failed to actively pursue his claims.
