JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages by paying him £20 less than was due in December 2023, and by not paying his full net pay of £1,965.20 in either January or February 2024. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £3,950.40, being the amount unlawfully deducted.[2]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in relation to his pension deductions of £79.20 in both January and February 2024. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £158.40, being the amount unlawfully deducted.[3]The Respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the Claimant without notice. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant damages of £1,807.08 for that breach.[4]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages by failing to pay the Claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of his employment. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £709.62, being the amount unlawfully deducted. Case Number: 2302788/2024
