ON RECONSIDERATION The claimant’s application dated 24 October 2024 for reconsideration of the judgment sent to the parties on 10 October 2024 is refused pursuant to Rule 72(1) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.REASONS
[1]There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked, because nothing the claimant has said in his application undermines the reasoning that underpins the judgment.[2]As I explained orally at the hearing and again in the Case Management Orders sent out at the same time as the judgment, the strike-out of the complaint of unfair dismissal does not preclude the claimant from pursuing his case that his dismissal was an act of discrimination / harassment / victimisation.
