Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay her five weeks’ gross pay totaling the sum of £1,530.80.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice (1 week) and the Respondent is therefore ordered to pay damages in the sum of £276.19.[3]The Respondent has failed to provide written particulars of employment to the Claimant as required by s.1 Employment Rights Act 1996 and therefore the Claimant is awarded two weeks’ gross pay in the sum of £612.32.[4]The Claimant is responsible for payment of tax and national insurance due on the above, if any. ………………………………………………
