JUDGMENT
(1) The Claimant’s application for interim relief is successful.(2) The Claimant’s contract of employment with the Respondent continues in force from the date of its termination, on or around 5 August 2022, until the determination or settlement of the complaint of unfair dismissal.(3) The amount to be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant by way of pay, in respect of each normal monthly pay period until the determination or settlement of the complaint, is £834.76 (eight hundred and thirty four pounds and seventy six pence). This is the amount that the Claimant could reasonably have been expected to earn.(4) No later than 8 November 2022, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant a backdating payment, for the period 5 August 2022 to 11 October 2022, in the sum of £1,862.16 (one thousand eight hundred and sixty two pounds and sixteen pence).
