JUDGMENT
(1) The Claimant’s application for interim relief is successful.(2) The Claimant’s contract of employment with the Respondent continues in force from the date of its termination, on or around 5 August 2022, until the determination or settlement of the complaint of unfair dismissal.(3) No later than 8 November 2022, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant a backdating payment, for the period 5 August 2022 to 4 September 2022, in the sum of £536.75 (five hundred and thirty six pounds and seventy five pence).(4) It is agreed that, as the Claimant commenced alternative employment on or around 1 September 2022 paying earnings in excess of those paid in her employment with the Respondent, the Respondent shall not pay an amount in respect of each normal monthly pay period until the determination or settlement of the complaint.
