JUDGMENT
The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is that the Claimant’s complaints of,(i) ‘Ordinary’ unfair dismissal is not well founded and stands dismissed.(ii) Harassment related to sex (in respect of the comment made in February 2018 only) is well founded and is upheld.(iii) Direct discrimination on grounds of sex is not well founded and stands dismissed.(iv) Discrimination arising from a disability is not well founded and stands dismissed. 1 24th and 27th July (am) 2026 in Chambers.(v) Victimisation is not well founded and stands dismissed. The parties are encouraged to engage into discussion, whether directly with each other or via the services of Acas, and arrive at a sensible agreement in respect of remedy for the one allegation which was upheld (at paragraph 35 of the List of Issues). The parties must write to the Tribunal within seven days from the date this judgment is sent out and confirm that they have reached agreement or ask for a Remedy Hearing to be listed.
