JUDGMENT

[1]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages under Part II of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and is allowed.[2]The respondent, Retail UK 1 Ltd, shall pay to the claimant, Mr Joe Beckley, the amount of £5,981.78 in respect of the net wages unlawfully deducted from the claimant during his employment. The respondent shall make this payment immediately and without delay. From this amount, the respondent shall make lawful deductions for tax and national insurance contributions or any other statutory or court ordered amounts before paying the net sum to the claimant.
