[1]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds.[2]The following gross sums were unlawfully deducted:(1) £482.79 in respect of wages due for 12, 17-21 and 27 June 2019; and(2) £150.00 in respect of a deduction made relating to the unlocking of a laptop.
