The Respondents are jointly and severally ordered to pay the Claimant £792.00 in respect of unpaid holiday entitlement.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction form wages succeeds. The Respondents are jointly and severally ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £156.00.[4]The Respondents are jointly and severally ordered to pay the Claimant £180.90 in respect of costs representing expenses for his attendance at Tribunal.
