JUDGMENT
[1]The application to amend the name of the respondent to FatMoes Ltd at registered address Unit 16-14 High Street, Crawley, England RH10 1BN, is granted; the tribunal being satisfied that the respondent had been served by email with the documents including the evidence produced by the claimant and notice of hearing.[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant the full hours worked in June July 2022 and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £504.[3]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to reimburse, as agreed, the sum of £24 for work uniform (hats for the staff) purchased by the claimant.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant additional compensation pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002 for failure to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £171.60 (2 weeks’ pay calculated at an average of 14.3 hours per week x £6ph).[5]The total gross sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £699.60.
