JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction of wages is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The Respondent has failed to provide the Claimant with pay slips from September 2020 until January 2021, inclusive. Nor has he received a P60 for tax year 2019/20 or 2020/21.[4]The Tribunal makes a declaration that those pay slips and the P60 have not been provided, in breach of section 8 Employment Rights Act 1996. These should be provided as a matter of urgency.[5]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the sum of £880 in respect of this head of claim.
