[1]The claimant’s complaint of direct disability discrimination is not wellfounded and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s complaint of discrimination arising from disability is wellfounded and succeeds.[3]The claimant’s complaint of harassment related to disability is well-founded on all three pleaded counts and succeeds. REMEDY JUDGMENT The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is: - The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £11,598.77. This sum is calculated as follows: o One week’s loss of earnings = £366.80 Interest from the date of dismissal (23.3.23) = £22.11 o Injury to feelings = £10,000 Interest from the date of harassment (21.3.23) = £1,209.86
