Mrs V Grater v South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust: 2302567/2023
JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed. The claim was presented out of time and therefore the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.[2]The claimant’s complaint of disability discrimination is dismissed. The claim was presented out of time and therefore the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.[3]The claimant’s complaint for “other payments” is dismissed because it is a complaint about how the claimant’s application for ill-health early retirement was dealt with and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear such a claim.[4]These were all of the claimant’s complaints. Her claim is therefore dismissed and so brought to an end by this judgment.
