JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has :-1.1 Failed to give the Claimant notice of dismissal and is ordered to compensate him in the net sum of £302.00.1.2 Failed to pay the Claimant for holiday pay and is ordered to compensate him in the net sum of £836.30.[2]The above awards are increased by 25% pursuant to S.207A Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1992 for failure to follow the ACAS Code of Conduct and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the additional sum of £284.58.[3]The total award of £1,422.88 is calculated net and must be paid without deduction.
