No Response having been received from the Respondent, it is the decision of the tribunal that:[1]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the salary of the Claimant in relation to the failure to pay him his full salary due for May 2019 and the Claimant is awarded £1,239.88 net (representing his normal net salary of £1739.88 less £500 paid).[2]The Claimant is entitled to pay for annual leave (as shown on June payslip) in the sum of £757.74 net[3]The total sum awarded to the Claimant is £1997.62 net
