FOLLOWING RECONSIDERATION UNDER RULE 72 Having considered the Claimant’s application for a reconsideration dated 13 February 2019, the decision of the tribunal is that:[1]The Judgment dated 26 September 2018 is revoked and replaced with this Judgment.[2]The Respondent breached the Claimant’s contract of employment by dismissing him without notice. He is awarded damages for breach of contract in relation to notice pay in the amount of £4,753.80[3]The Claimant is awarded a statutory redundancy payment of £11,844.50.[4]The Claim for dismissal is well founded and it succeeds. The Claimant is awarded a compensatory award of £19,415.20.[5]The total sum awarded to the Claimant is £36,053.50.
