[1]By a letter dated 9 November 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because[2]The claimant in his reply dated 12 November 2021 has failed to make sufficient representations why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The Claimant has not sufficiently addressed the two year qualifying service requirement or the contention by the Respondent that he has been paid his correct notice pay.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.
