[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £6,074.50 without deductions from this sum.[3]The Respondent breached the Claimant’s contract and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £733.13 without deductions from this sum.
