JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Tribunal is that:(i) The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages in respect of Saturday working is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £3,152 in respect thereof.(ii) The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages when his pay was reduced with effect from 21st March 2018 is not well founded and is dismissed.(iii) The Claimant’s claim that the Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages in respect of holiday pay is not well founded and is dismissed.
