The claim of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 14 July 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because the claimant was employed for less than two years.[2]The claimant replied on 16 July 2021 but remains unqualified to bring that claim.[3]The claim of sexual orientation discrimination will continue. The parties will be notified of dates for a case management discussion (2 hours) and then final hearing (2 days) in due course.
