Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £7168.29. The claimant was not given a written statement of particulars of employment pursuant to s.1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2152.00 pursuant to s.38 of the Employment Act 2002. The respondent failed to give the claimant pay statements in accordance with s.8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The hearing listed on 12 July 2021 is cancelled. The claimant is responsible for any payments owed in respect of HMRC contributions.
