JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the first claimant, Mrs Ana Orza, and is ordered to pay her £1550.00 (one thousand five hundred and fifty pounds) (the amount deducted).[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the second claimant, Mr Petru Orza, and is ordered to pay him £1317.50 (one thousand three hundred and seventeen pounds and fifty pence) (the amount deducted) and £328.10 (three hundred and twenty-eight pounds and ten pence) (as compensation for financial loss sustained by the second claimant attributable to the unauthorised deductions made). The total amount payable by the respondent to the second claimant is therefore £1645.60 (one thousand six hundred and forty-five pounds and sixty pence).
