The Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 - Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the London South Employment Tribunals on 17 July 2022.[2]The Respondent has failed to present a valid response on time.[3]Judge M Aspinall (sitting as an Employment Judge) has decided that it is possible and fair to make a decision on the claim (or part of it) in accordance with Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[4]It is declared that the Respondent made an unuthorised deduction from the wages properly due to the Claimant and must pay the claimant £234 gross.[5]The Respondent must pay the total of £234 to the Claimant forthwith.[6]The hearing listed on 6 December 2022 is cancelled.
