[1]The Claimant was sent a letter by the Tribunal dated 13 March 2020 asking for his comments to an application made by the Respondent that his claim be struck out as he had failed to comply with the Orders of the Tribunal (sent to the parties on 7 January 2020) and on the grounds that the claim is not being actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has not responded to the above letter.[3]In these circumstances the claim is struck out and any future hearings in the case have been vacated. ………………………………………………
