JUDGMENT
In default of the Respondent presenting a response within the relevant time limit, and having regard to rule 21 Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, the judgment of the Tribunal is that:(i) The Respondent has failed to comply with a requirement of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. The claim for a protective award succeeds.(ii) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant remuneration for a protected period of 90 days from 26th July 2016.(iii) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £6,814.
