The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By paragraph 2 of an Order dated 16 March 2021 and sent to the parties on 17 March 2021, Employment Judge Brian Doyle ordered the claimant to provide within 14 days a full explanation in writing as to(1) his non-attendance at the full merits hearing listed for 16 March 2021, and(2) why he did not appear to have complied with the case management orders made by Employment Judge Khalil on 6 October 2020.[2]The claimant was warned that EJ Doyle would, or another Judge might, strike out his claim under rule 37(1)(c) and/or 37(1)(d) of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 if he failed to comply with paragraph 2 of the Order.[3]The claimant has failed to provide the information required by paragraph 2 of the Order.[4]The claimant’s claims are therefore struck out.
