[1]The proper identity of the Respondent is School House Nursery (Sandwich) Limited and the title to the proceedings is amended accordingly.[2]The Claimant’s claims for maternity pay are dismissed on withdrawal.[3]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to enforce a settlement agreement.[4]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment £2,835.00 without deduction.[5]The Respondent has breached the Claimant’s contract of employment by failing to give notice and is ordered to compensate the Claimant in the sum of £2,835.00 gross.
