JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from pay is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £460.85 to the Claimant.[2]The Claimant’s complaint that the Respondent failed to provide her with an itemised pay statement in breach of section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded. The Tribunal determined that the particulars which should have been included in an itemised pay statement involved the following: Monthly gross pay in the sum of £916.50, represented by 30 hours per week at £7.05 per hour.
