[1]The Tribunal wrote to the claimant on 20 January 2022 requesting details of the sums claimed.[2]There was no response to this letter and on 8 March 2022 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant again to warn that it was considering striking out the claim on the basis that it had not been actively pursued and that if she wished to object to that proposal she should give her reasons in writing by 22 March 2022.[3]On 20 May 2022 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant again to allow a further seven days until 27 May 2022 to provide the details requested.[4]No such details or any response have been provided and it is now concluded that the claim is not being actively pursued.
