JUDGMENT

[1]The correct name for the Respondent is CPS Office Supplies Limited and the title to the proceedings is amended accordingly.[2]The Respondent’s application to strike out the Claimant’s claims was refused.[3]The Claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction of wages is well-founded.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay £231 to the Claimant, subject to the appropriate deductions for tax and National Insurance. This sum consists of: Car valet deduction £25 Commission on turnover £206 up to 22 May 2019[5]The Claimant’s claim of breach of contract (loss of fully funded car) is successful and the Claimant is awarded damages of £392. CASE NUMBER 2302303/2019[6]The total to be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant is £623, subject to tax and National Insurance as set out in paragraph 3.[7]The Claimant’s claim in respect of failure to inform and consult in relation to TUPE is dismissed upon withdrawal. ................................................
