JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for a redundancy payment is not well-founded and is dismissed.[2]The claim for unfair dismissal is well-founded and is upheld.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a basic award of £3,375 and a compensatory award of £319.41.[4]The Recoupment Regulations apply to the award. The grand total of the award is £3,694.41. The prescribed element is £319.14. The period of the prescribed element is 10 March 2021 to 17 March 2021. The excess of the grand total over the prescribed element is £3,375.[5]The claim for notice pay is well-founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £2,363.99 (gross).[6]The claim for holiday pay is well-founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1,191.65 (gross) in respect of holiday accrued but not taken or paid on termination of employment.
