[1]When the claimant did not attend the clerk telephoned the claimant but received no answer. Despite the orders in respect of document disclosure and witness statements no further documentation had been received from the claimant. The last the tribunal heard from the claimant was on 13 August 2021.[2]Based on all the above and the claimant’s non attendance I dismissed the claim, applying rule 47. .................................................
