It is the unanimous decision of the Tribunal that:[1]The Claimant’s claim that he was unfairly dismissed is not well-founded and accordingly the claim is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim of disability discrimination (direct discrimination and failure to make reasonable adjustments) is dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim of direct age discrimination is dismissed.
