JUDGMENT

This claim was undefended, and the Respondent failed to attend this hearing. The Tribunal therefore awards the following:[1]For the claim for unauthorised deduction from wages, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1744 to be paid gross;[2]For the Claimant’s claim for breach of contract, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1744 to be paid net;[3]For the Claimant’s claim for holiday pay, the Tribunal orders the respondent to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1188. The Claimant withdrew his claim for disability discrimination. This claim is dismissed upon withdrawal.
