[1]Neither party having attended the Claimant’s claim is dismissed.REASONS
[1]Neither party attended and the clerk’s attempt to contact the Claimant was unsuccessful. No application to postpone had been received by the Tribunal.[2]The Tribunal last heard from the Claimant on 28 August 2018. Specifically the Claimant did not reply to the Tribunal’s correspondence dated 6 December 2018 requesting information in order to issue a Judgment without a hearing. As a result today’s hearing was listed but the Claimant has not attended. It therefore appears he is no longer actively pursuing his case. .................................................
