[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in the sum of £1,864.24 gross.[2]At the date of this judgment the tribunal has no jurisdiction under regulation 14 Working Time Regulations in respect of unpaid holiday pay because the claimant’s contact had not terminated at date of presentation of his claim.REASONS
