JUDGMENT

(1) The Claimant’s application for interim relief is successful.(2) The Claimant’s contract of employment for the role of General Manager continues in force from the date of its termination, on or around 29 June 2022, until the determination or settlement of the complaint of unfair dismissal.(3) The amount to be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant by way of pay, in respect of each normal monthly pay period until the determination or settlement of the complaint, is £806.10 (eight hundred and six pounds and ten pence). The parties agree that this is the amount that the Claimant could reasonably have been expected to earn, taking into account his earnings paid from other employment.(4) No later than 28 October 2022, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant a backdating payment in the sum of £3,637.81 (three thousand, six hundred and thirty seven pounds and eighty one pence).
