[1]UPON hearing evidence from the Claimant and a witness for the Respondent;[2]AND UPON considering the written evidence from the parties, the judgment of the Tribunal is that t the claim brought by Ms Michelle Delahay against her employer, B&Q Limited, for unlawful deductions from wages cannot succeed and is dismissed.[3]That being the only claim brought in this case, it is dismissed entirely.
