JUDGMENT
[1]Pursuant to a reference to the Employment Tribunal under section 170 Employment Rights Act 1996 the Tribunal determines that:a. The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy by the second Respondent, Kit for Kids Global Ltd (in liquidation).b. The Claimant therefore has a right to a redundancy payment. The second Respondent shall pay the sum of £12,862.50.c. The same amount is payable to the Claimant by the first Respondent (The Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy) in accordance with section 168 Employment Right Act 1996.[2]The claims for wages, holiday and wrongful dismissal was dismissed on withdrawal.
