On the Respondent not attending the hearing and reading the claim form, response and considering the documents the judgment of the Tribunal is that: 1, The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £4,479.30 (10 days pay) to include repayment of a tax rebate due to the Claimant and received by the respondent of £2,343.00.[2]The Claimant is entitled to accrued unpaid holiday (0.8 days) and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant £169.22[3]The Respondent shall pay expenses incurred by the Claimant in the performance of his duties in the sum of £39.10
