JUDGMENT
It is the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal that:(a) The claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed because the Claimant does not have two years’ service and therefore the Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to deal with it.(b) The claims of constructive dismissal and unlawful deduction from wages are dismissed because they were presented outside the applicable time limits and it was reasonably practicable for the Claimant to have presented them in time.
